How It Works

At Forever on the Line, we've made the rental process simple, stress-free, and easy to fit into your event planning. From booking to receiving your final recordings, we'll guide you every step of the way.

1. Book Your Rental

Once you've secured your date, a member of the Forever on the Line team will reach out to finalize your reservation details and answer any questions you may have.

2. Event Planning Call

We'll schedule a brief phone call to gather important information about your event, including:

• Event date and venue

• Delivery or pickup preferences

• Drop-off and pickup times

• Display selection

• Contact information

• Any special requests or accommodations

• Review rental policies in depth

This helps ensure everything is customized specifically for your event.

3. Prepare for Your Event

Before your rental period begins, we'll provide easy-to-follow instructions covering everything you need to know, including:

• Recording your custom greeting message

• Select your desired decorations (greenery, signage, etc.)

• Setting up the phone and display

• Basic operation and troubleshooting

• Best practices for encouraging guest participation

Our goal is to make setup as simple and stress-free as possible.

4. Enjoy Your Event

Whether guests are leaving heartfelt advice, funny stories, or well wishes, your audio or video guest book will capture memories you'll cherish for years to come.

With our extended rental period, you can pick up your rental as early as Thursday and return it as late as Monday, giving you plenty of time before and after your event.

5. Return & File Processing

After your event, we'll coordinate a convenient pickup or drop-off time.

Once the rental equipment has been returned and inspected, the Forever on the Line team will carefully process and export all audio and/or video recordings from your event.

6. Receive Your Memories

Your audio copy should arrive within 7 business days after we receive your rental.
